The ideal candidate will have proven IT support leadership, strong communication, and hands-on expertise across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices, along with ITIL-aligned processes in an international setting.

Leadership & Management

• Proven experience managing an IT support team;
• Unifying leadership and results-oriented;
• Excellent organisational and communication skills;
• Service-minded with a culture of operational excellence.

Technical expertise

• You are able to handle the most complex issues encountered by a local support team: Windows, macOS and mobile devices;
• Microsoft Intune and modern desktop management;
• Microsoft 365: Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power BI;
• Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID;
• ITSM tools and ITIL processes;
• User equipment, peripherals and connected meeting rooms;
• Diagnosis, analysis and resolution of complex incidents;
• Knowledge management and technical documentation.

Languages

• Fluent French
• Fluent English

Assets

• ITIL certification.
