• Device, Mobile and Workplace Support: manage and provision IT devices and hardware.
• 1st Level Support: serve national and international employees via ticket system.
• Incident and Service Request Management: analyze causes and implement solutions.
• Application Support: help users utilize operational applications efficiently.
• On-site and Field Support: assist at various locations including installations and fault analyses.
• IT Processes and Documentation: document solutions and improve workflows.
• Participation in IT Projects: contribute to rollouts and new solutions.
