Michael Page International (Switzerland) SA is seeking an IT Support professional to join a dynamic international environment in Geneva. You will provide first-level technical support to internal users, manage access requests, onboarding/offboarding, and deploy laptops and equipment.

You will work with Windows and macOS, support SaaS apps and cloud services, and use ITSM tools to document incidents and drive improvements.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years in IT Support or Helpdesk.
• Experience with Windows and macOS environments.
• Professional level of English.

Aufgaben

• Provide first-level technical support to internal users.
• Manage software access requests and user permissions.
• Execute onboarding and offboarding activities for employees.
• Prepare, configure, and deploy laptops and IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot Windows and macOS devices.
• Investigate user authentication and MFA-related issues.
• Administer user accounts, distribution lists, and access groups.
• Maintain and distribute loaner equipment and peripherals.
• Support meeting rooms and on-site technical events.
• Escalate complex incidents to specialist teams when required.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation within the ITSM platform.
• Contribute to process improvements and knowledge-base documentation.
