Job summary

Freestar-Informatik AG in Geneva seeks a part-time Service Desk specialist to provide on-site end-user support and VIP assistance to staff.

You will handle Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, manage mobile devices in an MDM setup, and coordinate external service providers. The position runs 24–36 months starting January or February 2027.

Qualifications

• Fluent French and English are mandatory; German is an advantage.
• Strong customer and service orientation with a professional manner.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple support activities.
• Willingness to work onsite in Geneva and occasionally at other locations.
• Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to work overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site end-user support via the Service Desk and walk-in support kiosk.
• Support Microsoft workplace environments, including Windows, Microsoft 365 and end-user devices.
• Manage and support mobile devices within an MDM environment.
• Perform IMAC activities, including installations, moves, additions, changes and hardware repairs.
• Provide dedicated VIP support for office staff and senior management.
• Coordinate dispatch activities and external service providers supporting retail stores and POS systems.
