Job summary

Freestar-Informatik AG sucht eine teamorientierte, verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit für den IT-Onsite-Support in Genf. Sie betreuen Endanwender vor Ort, unterstützen Windows/Microsoft-365-Umgebungen und mobile Geräte im MDM-Umfeld.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Durchführung von IMAC-Tätigkeiten, VIP-Support für Führungskräfte sowie die Koordination von Dispatch-Aktivitäten und externen Dienstleistern im Einzelhandel und bei POS-Systemen. Die Stelle ist zu 60% und vor Ort in Genf möglich.

Qualifications

• Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung in professioneller Art.
• Fähigkeit zur eigenständigen Arbeit und Koordination mehrerer Support-Aktivitäten.
• Bereitschaft, vor Ort in Genf zu arbeiten und gelegentlich an anderen Standorten.

Responsibilities

• Vor-Ort-Endanwender-Support über Service Desk und Walk-in-Schalter.
• Unterstützung von Microsoft-Umgebungen (Windows, Microsoft 365) und Endgeräten.
• Verwaltung von mobilen Geräten in MDM-Umgebungen.
• IMAC-Aktivitäten inkl. Installationen, Moves, Adds, Changes und Hardware-Reparaturen.
• Dedizierter VIP-Support für Büroangestellte und leitende Führungskräfte.
• Koordination von Dispatch-Aktivitäten und externen Dienstleistern für Retail-Stores und POS-Systeme.

Workload: 50% - 60%

Ihre Aufgaben

• Provide on-site end-user support via the Service Desk and walk-in support kiosk
• Support Microsoft workplace environments, including Windows, Microsoft 365 and end-user devices
• Manage and support mobile devices within an MDM environment
• Perform IMAC activities, including installations, moves, additions, changes and hardware repairs
• Provide dedicated VIP support for office staff and senior management
• Coordinate dispatch activities and external service providers supporting retail stores and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems
