Job-Room in Winterthur offers an ICT Support Internship (80-100%). The programme provides hands-on experience in a dynamic environment, with deep insights into internet technology and customer service.

As an intern, you will collaborate with a team, tackle network and hardware issues, and contribute to fault-ticket processing, documentation, and internal projects. German fluency and English willingness are required; French is a plus.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Provide first and second level ICT support for customers via telephone and email (ticket).
• Assist private and business customers with IT issues.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot internet and network problems.
• Act as interface between customers and engineering teams.
• Record and process fault tickets with suppliers.
• Advise customers on hardware and network via phone and email.
• Create and revise support documentation.
• Support residential product sales teams with technical knowledge.
• Participate in projects and continuous improvement.

Tasks

• First and second level ICT support for our customers via telephone and email (ticket) (D/E/F)
• Support for private and business customers
• Diagnosis and troubleshooting of internet and network problems
• Interface between customers and engineering
• Recording and further processing of fault tickets with our suppliers
• Customer advice via telephone and email (D/E/F) regarding hardware and network
• Creating and revising support documentation
• Technical support for the residential products sales team
• Participation in projects

Requirements

• Graduate of an IT training or further education and/or completed vocational training in the technical field
• Initial IT and network knowledge is an advantage
• You enjoy working in a team and are communicative
• German: very good oral and written skills
• English: good oral and written skills (French is an advantage)
• Other foreign languages welcome
