Job-Room in Zurich seeks a proactive IT Support specialist to be the first contact for employees regarding IT concerns and to help maintain and improve our IT infrastructure. You will join a diverse team handling 1st and 2nd level support, project participation, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifikationen

• German language skills (Very good) and English; written and spoken.
• Experience in 1st and 2nd level support.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite; basic IT infrastructure knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and process the ticket system.
• Support 1st and 2nd level in a hybrid IT infrastructure.
• Assist users with department-specific applications.
• Handle employee onboarding, offboarding and changes in IT environment.
• Participate in planning and implementation of IT projects.
• Coordinate with external IT service providers.
• Perform maintenance windows and system upkeep.
• Take deputising roles within the IT team.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Completed training in the IT field is an advantage


• Experience in 1st and 2nd level support


• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken


• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office


• Ideally experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory


• Open, communicative, young and dynamic personality
