Jobup in Switzerland is seeking an HR payroll administrator to independently manage a defined area of personnel administration and oversee monthly salary processing in collaboration with relevant offices. You will maintain SAP HR data with high accuracy and ensure compliance with social insurance matters.

The role requires completed HR training and extensive payroll experience, with strong IT skills in SAP HR and MS Office, and fluent German. A healthcare environment experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial vocational training and HR specialist qualification.
• Several years of HR administration experience, including payroll support.
• Strong knowledge of social insurance and labour law.
• Excellent IT skills in SAP HR and MS Office.
• Fluent German; knowledge of French is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Independent management of a defined area of personnel administration.
• Responsible for monthly salary processing in cooperation with relevant offices.
• Maintain and manage personnel master data in SAP HR with high data quality.
• Handle time recording, working hours, absences and holidays entitlements.
• Ensure smooth handling of all social insurance matters.
• Act as contact person for employees and managers on payroll and admin issues.
• Provide administrative and organizational support for HR consultants.
• Participate in HR projects.
• Support HR counter as needed.
