Zusammenfassung

LHH Recruitment Solutions in Switzerland seeks an experienced HR Generalist (80%) focused on Compensation & Benefits. You will handle HR admin, payroll coordination, social insurance, HR systems, and compensation-related projects. You report to the HR Director and act as the local expert on compensation and benefits.

The role includes home office one day per week and a hybrid work setup, with a strong emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality and compliance with Swiss regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's in HR/Business Administration or related field.
• Swiss HR certification (HRSE) is required.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in HR administration as a generalist.

Aufgaben

• Oversee HR operations and employee lifecycle for about 200 employees.
• Coordinate monthly payroll activities with external provider and manage leave, records and insurance cases.
• Lead compensation & benefits activities including annual salary reviews and market benchmarks.
• Support HR data management, reporting, audits and HRIS improvements.
