Job summary

HAYA Therapeutics SA in Vaud, Switzerland, seeks an experienced HR Payroll Administrator to deliver accurate Swiss payroll and benefits administration. You will manage master data, liaise with the external payroll provider, and ensure compliance with Swiss laws.

You will handle time records, leave cases, family allowances, and year-end reporting while supporting HR policy updates and data integrity across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Swiss payroll with external provider.
• Knowledge of Swiss CO and Labour Act.
• Strong numerical and spreadsheet skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Swiss HR qualification or equivalent practice.

Responsibilities

• Payroll master data maintenance and monthly Swiss payroll submissions to external provider.
• Review payslips and payroll outputs for accuracy.
• Administer working-time records per Swiss Labour Act.
• Manage sick/accident leave, maternity/paternity, and APG claims.
• Process family allowances and inform provider of changes.
• Coordinate social security and tax audits.
• Prepare employment contracts, amendments and work certificates.
• Coordinate work/residence permit applications for international hires.
• Support HR policy updates and HR data reporting.
