Job summary

PHOENIX Pharma Switzerland is seeking an HR Service Specialist to manage the employee lifecycle, payroll, and HR data accuracy. The role supports absence, social insurances, onboarding, and HR reporting within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HR administration, HRSE or federal HR diploma, and strong MS Office/HR software skills. Fluency in French and German or native in one with B2 level in the other, plus English at B2, is preferred.

• Process-oriented with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle HR support from hiring to exit.
• Payroll processing for defined employee portfolio.
• Absence management and social insurances support.
• Maintain HR data quality in internal systems.
• Prepare HR reports for finance and HR controlling.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding.
