Job summary

HAYA Therapeutics SA in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland seeks a Payroll Administrator to deliver accurate HR, payroll and benefits administration for the Swiss entity, in collaboration with an external provider.

You will maintain payroll master data, process monthly inputs, ensure compliance with Swiss law, and support employee lifecycle documentation. This role requires fluency in English and French and a keen eye for detail in a fast-growing biotech environment.

Qualifications

• Practical experience administering Swiss payroll with an external provider, incl. social insurance and withholding tax.
• Working knowledge of Swiss CO and Labour Act with practical contract application.
• Discretion handling confidential payroll data with data protection.
• Strong numerical and spreadsheet skills to review payroll outputs.
• Fluency in English and French, written and spoken.
• Swiss HR qualification (or equivalent) demonstrated through practice.

Responsibilities

• Payroll administration: maintain master data and submit monthly Swiss payroll inputs to provider.
• Working time recording: monitor timesheets for legal compliance.
• Sick, accident & leave: manage leave cases and APG claims with provider liaison.
• Family allowances: process cantonal applications and inform provider of changes.
• Social security & tax audits: host and coordinate audits with external provider.
• Employee lifecycle documentation: prepare contracts and amendments in timelines.
• Work permits & entry/exit: coordinate permits for international hires.
• HR policies & processes: draft, update and roll out HR policies.
• HR data, records & reporting: maintain HRIS records and prepare reports.
• Employee HR support: first point of contact for day-to-day queries.
