Sulzer is seeking an HR Administration & Payroll Manager to lead and oversee all HR administrative processes and end-to-end payroll for Switzerland, ensuring compliance with Swiss labor law, social security, tax obligations, and internal policies.

You will serve as the primary contact for HR operations, manage onboarding through offboarding, coordinate work permits, and drive data accuracy, reporting, and HR system improvements such as Workday.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Several years of experience in HR administration and Swiss payroll (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of Swiss labour law, social security system, taxes, and employment compliance.
• Experience in multinational environments is an asset.
• Strong MS Office and HRIS proficiency; payroll system expertise required.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Working time: 80 - 100 %.
• No visa or work permit support can be provided for this role.

Aufgaben

• Lead and oversee all HR administrative processes and payroll operations for Switzerland.
• Ensure compliance with Swiss labor law, social security, taxes and internal policies.
• Act as primary contact for HR operations, payroll accuracy and HR system integrity.
• Coordinate work permits (L, B, C) with authorities.
• Oversee monthly Swiss payroll including deductions and reconciliations.
• Support annual compensation cycles and close with Finance; Workday experience desired.
