Jobgether in Switzerland seeks a Head of Growth Marketing to drive customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation for a digital storefront across Africa and the Middle East. You will own paid acquisition budgets and build high-impact CRM programs while leading a remote-first, fast-paced team.

The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution, enabling data-informed decisions and sustainable revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in growth or performance marketing in gaming, ecommerce, or digital apps.
• Proven CAC/ROAS optimization with CRM lifecycle programs.
• Ability to translate strategies into hands-on campaigns.
• Strong analytics using mobile measurement partners and analytics tools.
• Experience with experimentation, attribution, and unit economics.
• Team leadership with 2+ years of management preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own paid user acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and networks.
• Develop CRM and lifecycle strategies: onboarding, repeat purchases, win-backs.
• Manage communications across push, email, SMS, WhatsApp for retention.
• Lead app store optimisation and improve conversions to first purchase.
• Collaborate with Data to measure attribution and campaign effectiveness.
• Establish a high-tempo experimentation program across channels.
