Job summary

Jobgether SRL, acting on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Marketing Analyst focused on New Business and M&A to work remotely from Switzerland.

You will build marketing analytics infrastructure, connect advertising spend to revenue, and develop dashboards using Tableau/Power BI/Qlik. The role blends hands-on data work with strategic decision-making across acquiring businesses, in a global, fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least three years of data analysis or BI experience with marketing focus.
• Experience evaluating paid campaigns and translating to CAC/LTV/ROAS.
• Hands-on experience building tracking systems and data pipelines.
• Strong SQL skills; Python/R a plus.
• Remote work in English; ability to collaborate globally.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage marketing data infrastructure including GA, Ads, and other platforms.
• Integrate data from acquired companies and establish tracking standards.
• Analyze advertising performance using CAC, ROAS, LTV.
• Develop forecasting models and dashboards with BI tools.
• Translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• Collaborate with business analysts and marketing leaders.
• Leverage AI tools to automate reporting and improve efficiency.
