Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Head of B2C Growth based in Switzerland to own the full B2C growth engine, spanning acquisition, activation, retention, and lifetime value. You will develop multichannel strategies across search, paid social, email, push, web, and app, with a strong focus on making the app the primary user channel.

Qualifications

• Proven track record growing B2C products across multiple channels.
• Experience driving app growth and long-term retention.
• Strong cohorts, lifecycles, segmentation, retention, reactivation, and LTV knowledge.
• Own paid media budgets and ROI accountability.
• Hands-on, data-driven with minimal reliance on agencies.
• Advanced AI fluency with Claude and related workflows.
• Fluent English; French or Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute B2C growth strategy across channels, markets, user segments, and budgets.
• Build and optimize multichannel acquisition programs and test new channels.
• Connect educational content with high-intent property searches for better conversion.
• Make the mobile app a core growth channel with installs and engagement.
• Own the full user lifecycle from activation to LTV.
• Manage database growth and engagement via segmentation, nurturing, and in-app messaging.
• Design rapid experiments across landing pages, onboarding, and offers.
• Lead and develop paid media specialists and raise execution standards.
• Partner with Product and nurturing teams to improve conversions.
• Prepare growth engine for international scaling with market strategy and infrastructure.
• Develop reusable growth playbooks and AI-powered workflows.
