Jobgether SRL in Switzerland seeks a Head of Performance Creative to lead a high-growth DTC health and wellness brand. This remote, senior role shapes performance creative strategy across products and paid media, guiding internal teams and external agencies.

You will translate customer insights and campaign data into scalable testing, oversee creative development, and drive measurable profitability while maintaining premium brand storytelling.

Competenze

• Proven experience leading performance creative strategy for a high-growth DTC or agency.
• Experience scaling paid concepts across Meta, YouTube, Google and TikTok.
• Experience mentoring creative strategists and working with external agencies.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, attribution and profitability.
• Ability to translate data into actionable creative decisions.
• Excellent written communication in a distributed, remote-first environment.
