Jobgether SRL is seeking a German-speaking Performance Marketing Lead based in Switzerland to own paid acquisition across 25+ B2B SaaS brands in a fully remote setup.

You will manage high-priority accounts on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and guide a network of PPC freelancers while shaping measurement and AI-driven workflows.

This role offers autonomy, global collaboration, and a chance to drive lead quality and scalable growth across a diverse portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience owning paid media budgets of €1M+ annually with hands-on execution.
• Strong B2B lead-generation experience in search advertising and long sales cycles.
• Experience managing campaigns with budgets from thousands to six-figure monthly investments.
• Advanced expertise in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads; learn other platforms as needed.
• Knowledge of GA4, GTM, offline conversions, and CRM integrations.
• German at C1 or higher; English proficiency for international teams.
• Analytical, strategic thinking and budget-allocation judgment.
• Experience leading external freelancers; set expectations and accountability.
• Interest in AI-powered workflows (Claude or similar).
• Self-directed, remote-ready working style.

Responsibilities

• Own the paid acquisition strategy across 25+ B2B SaaS brands.
• Manage high-priority accounts on Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Develop and test ad copy, targeting, landing pages, and campaign structures.
• Lead a network of PPC freelancers; set objectives and budgets.
• Advise on channel mix, budget allocation and lead quality expectations.
• Establish consistent campaign structures, tracking and reporting standards.
• Audit and integrate paid setups of newly acquired businesses.
• Collaborate with analytics to improve tracking, attribution and CRM integrations.
• Support due diligence by evaluating paid marketing performance.
• Align with SEO and other marketing functions on acquisition strategy.
• Identify AI applications to improve research, analysis and reporting.
