Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Product Manager, User Acquisition to shape a new product area in Switzerland. The role leads acquisition strategy, experimentation, and monetization alignment in a remote-first environment, partnering with engineering, design and GTM teams to deliver measurable impact.

You will own the lifecycle from discovery to launch, deeply understand developers’ needs, and drive standout opportunities in mobile advertising and performance marketing across markets.

Qualifikationen

• At least five years of product or growth ownership end-to-end.
• Hands-on mobile user acquisition expertise.
• Strong knowledge of mobile advertising platforms and measurement tools.
• Proven ability to reason about CAC, LTV, ROAS and optimization.
• Familiarity with ATT, SKAdNetwork and privacy measures.
• Technical fluency to collaborate with engineers on APIs and integrations.

Aufgaben

• Define the user acquisition strategy and roadmap.
• Lead end-to-end product development from discovery to launch.
• Engage with mobile app developers to understand their needs.
• Evaluate market opportunities in mobile advertising.
• Develop hypotheses and prioritize opportunities.
• Lead experimentation, prototyping and partnerships.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data and GTM teams.
• Connect acquisition with monetization to improve LTV and ROAS.
• Communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
• Build a long-term roadmap for a differentiated UA offering.
• Measure impact of experiments and launches.
