Job summary

Lever, Inc. on behalf of a partner company is seeking a Head of B2C Growth. This Switzerland-based role focuses on owning the full growth engine across acquisition, activation, retention, and LTV.

You will lead multichannel strategies with a strong emphasis on making the mobile app the primary user channel and connecting research content to high-intent property searches. The role requires hands-on execution, experimental mindset, and collaboration with Product and Marketing to scale growth

Qualifications

• Proven track record of growing B2C products across channels and markets.
• Experience owning paid media budgets and being directly accountable for ROI and commercial outcomes.
• Strong analytical judgment and ability to identify what is working even with imperfect testing conditions.
• Fluent English; French or Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the B2C growth strategy across channels, markets, user segments and budgets.
• Build and optimize multichannel acquisition programs and measure CPL, CAC and payback.
• Make the mobile app a core growth channel with strong adoption and retention.
• Own the full user lifecycle from activation to lifetime value and reactivation.
• Lead and develop paid media specialists and collaborate with Product and Marketing.
