Jobgether SRL is seeking a Performance & Growth Marketer based in Switzerland. You will own paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok, driving profitable growth for DTC/eCommerce brands.

Expect data-driven decision making, budgeting, forecasting, and collaboration with growth teams. You will translate complex data into strategic recommendations for founders and senior stakeholders, focusing on CAC, LTV, ROAS, and profitability while progressing into broader growth responsibilities.

Qualifikationen

• At least three years of hands-on paid media experience specifically with product-based DTC or eCommerce brands.
• Experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Proven ability to manage sizeable paid media budgets and understand the commercial impact of investment decisions.
• In-house or brand-side experience with DTC or eCommerce is strongly preferred.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen including CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, contribution margin, and payback periods.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic recommendations for founders and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication, with ability to work with founders and clients.
• Availability to commit to the role full-time and overlapping with 4:00–6:00 PM Melbourne time.

Aufgaben

• Own, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads to drive profitable growth for DTC/eCommerce brands.
• Develop structured testing strategies across channels, creatives, audiences, offers, and funnels.
• Manage substantial paid media budgets and allocate spend to meet commercial objectives.
• Monitor performance, diagnose inefficiencies, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
• Analyze CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, margin, and payback to inform decisions.
• Connect advertising to revenue, profitability, and P&L outcomes with clear insights.
• Build forecasts, financial models, and budget recommendations for strategic planning.
• Contribute to attribution, incrementality testing, and measurement improvements.
• Collaborate with growth, CRO, and creative teams to optimize the customer journey.
• Translate data into clear recommendations for founders and senior stakeholders.
