Job summary

Hitachi Energy, High Voltage Products, is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Wettingen to serve as the central contact for customer orders from receipt through delivery. You will coordinate with Production Planning and internal teams, manage orders in SAP, maintain master data, and support exception management, credit blocks, and payment inquiries.

Fluency in German and English and ERP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Commercial or business qualification, or equivalent.
• Experience in Customer Service or Order Management is an advantage.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the central point of contact for customer orders from receipt through delivery, ensuring a smooth order lifecycle.
• Review, process, and manage customer orders in SAP, including workflow execution and master data maintenance.
• Coordinate with Production Planning and internal stakeholders to meet delivery schedules while balancing expectations.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication on order status, dates, changes, and updates.
• Manage changes, clarify incomplete orders, and ensure accurate execution via cross-functional coordination.
• Assist with credit blocks, overdue invoices, and unclear payments in collaboration with related departments.
• Partner with Sales, Export, Production, Packaging, Quality, and other teams on special projects and express shipments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and process optimization activities.
