Job summary

Experis Switzerland is seeking a Global Clinical Distribution Lead in Kaiseraugst. The role requires managing timely delivery across the distribution network to meet study needs and patient demand, with heavy SAP/ERP system involvement.

Qualifications

Degree (BA, BS, MS, MBA) in Business (Operations Management or Supply Chain) or related field.
3–4 years of experience in Clinical Trial Management, logistics, warehouse management, or other Supply Chain disciplines.
Strong SAP/ERP knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

Manage On-time Delivery Performance for network shipments to meet study requirements and patient demand.
Participate in Protocol Execution Teams, Global Supply Execution Teams, and related meetings.
Drive resolution of operational/system matters impacting on-time delivery with internal/external partners.
Coordinate network depot supply with Clinical Demand and Supply Leader and other partners.
Lead cross-functional projects and process improvements supporting global distribution strategy.
Perform CLARA system diagnostics and ensure GMP-compliant operations.
