Zusammenfassung

Itech Consult AG, Kaiseraugst (AG), Switzerland, seeks a Customer Logistics Manager (m/f/d) to oversee global supply, inventory and replenishment for drug products to third-party markets worldwide. You will drive KPI metrics, data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration in a pharma context.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in SCM with 5+ years in pharma logistics, SAP and AI tool proficiency, and fluent English (German a plus).

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in supply chain within pharma.
Proficient in SAP, MS Office and AI-driven supply chain tools/analytics.
Professional-level English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

Ensure global market supply to third party customers on time in full at the right quality and cost
Partner with interfaces for upstream replenishment coordination from central packaging
Continuously improve the cost-to-serve model (incl. KPI metrics)
Leverage data for decision making using analytics, simulations and customer insights
Drive efficiency by identifying value-adding and productivity opportunities via tech and data
Collaborate with functions across markets to understand changes impacting supply and adjust replenishment plans
Ensure appropriate supply chain set-up including master data
