Job summary

Proclinical, on behalf of its client, is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to lead a portfolio of early-phase clinical trials in Switzerland. You will oversee a small team, ensure GCP compliance, and drive quality and timely execution across study teams, sponsors, and CROs.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and tracking milestones, promoting collaboration, and fostering development within the team while maintaining up-to-date training records and adherence to SOPs.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in health, social or biological sciences.
• Experience in managing clinical studies, preferably early-phase.
• Knowledge of HREC, RGO, GCP guidelines and NHMRC guidelines.
• Proven leadership and team development in a CRO/clinical research setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage trials to meet sponsor and protocol timelines.
• Develop project plans, track milestones and ensure objectives are met.
• Ensure trial execution aligns with GCP, SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate communication between sponsors, CROs and study teams.
• Define stakeholder responsibilities and key milestones clearly.
• Support continuous improvement of trial management processes and tools.
• Lead, motivate and develop the clinical trial team to high performance.
• Provide training and empower team members in their roles.
• Monitor team performance and coach to ensure successful outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with site policies and training requirements.
