Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in medical or life sciences required.
• 8–10 years of professional experience in delivering clinical operations for global trials.
• Experience in CRO, pharma or biotech environments preferred.

Aufgaben

• Deliver and ensure quality of site-level activities in Phase I–IV studies; serve as the CSL contact for site management and study operations.
• Provide leadership, strategic direction, and oversight for CSL activities across assigned studies; drive data-driven planning and accountability.
• Act as operational delivery expert to promote practical planning and collaboration with CRO/vendors and internal partners.
• Identify and implement operational excellence strategies within studies using Global Development Operations resources.
