Job summary

Roche in Basel, Switzerland invites a Global Study Manager to join pRED Clinical Operations. You will lead and deliver early-phase study management activities, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure protocol execution and data integrity.

You will build country oversight, manage vendor performance, forecast resources, and monitor risk and compliance while driving operational excellence across studies in a fast-paced, patient-centric environment.

Qualifications

• Global Clinical Trial Management experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver early-phase study execution and protocol delivery.
• Provide country oversight and support country start-up and recruitment.
• Manage vendor performance and third-party relationships.
• Plan demand and supply of study resources (including IMP).
• Identify, manage and mitigate study-related risks and issues.
• Drive operational excellence across clinical studies.
