Relocation to Sofia is fully supported. The ideal candidate has native German, strong analytical skills, and prior back-office or customer success experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate transition in Bulgaria.
• Genuine passion for Gaming & Esports industry and digital entertainment.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail in a professional office setting.
• Previous experience in back-office support or customer success is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage back-office inquiries for German-speaking users within the Gaming & Esports ecosystem.
• Ensure compliance and integrity of player accounts through documentation and verification procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical and administrative issues efficiently.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes specific to Gaming & Esports operations.
• Maintain high service standards to ensure optimal player satisfaction and retention.
• Generate detailed reports on operational trends and feedback for leadership review.
• Adapt to the evolving landscape of the gaming industry to provide informed support.
