Pierre Strand is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide onsite and desk-side assistance for end users in Basel. The role covers imaging PCs, troubleshooting hardware, and supporting printers, video conferencing, and mobile devices.

You will manage incidents per SLA in a high-pressure environment and keep ticket updates current. Strong German and English skills are required, as well as experience with SCCM/MDT and Windows 7/10.

Qualifikationen

• Must have German (C2) and English (C2).
• Experience providing onsite and desk-side end-user support.
• Ability to complete incidents and requests within SLA in a pressurized environment.
• Familiarity with PC/laptop hardware, imaging, and software deployment.

Aufgaben

• Provide onsite and desk-side support to end users.
• Complete incidents and requests within SLA.
• Build, configure, and troubleshoot install images on PCs and laptops.
• Update tickets daily and maintain accurate records.
• Support meeting rooms and video conferencing.
• Support printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Assist with mobile devices (iOS, Android) and data backups.
• Perform data center tasks and rack/stack operations as required.
• Demonstrate proactive, customer-facing professionalism and strong teamwork.
