Job summary

Sulzer is seeking a customer-focused 2nd-Level IT Support professional to provide professional on-site and remote support for our Winterthur headquarters and Swiss users. You will ensure stable operation of local IT infrastructure, including Windows workstations, mobile devices, networks, and business applications.

You'll analyze incidents, follow ITIL standards, and collaborate with 3rd-level support and external providers.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed IT training or apprenticeship.
• Several years of experience in 2nd and/or 3rd level support.
• Experience in VIP support is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote 2nd-level IT support for employees at the HQ and other sites.
• Manage local IT infrastructure including Windows workstations, mobile devices, networks, servers, and business applications.
• Install, configure and manage devices including smartphones and accessories.
