Job summary

EM Microelectronic seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in the DACH region. You will drive market expansion for Bluetooth Low Energy and ultra-low-power modules, building relationships with OEMs, distributors, and partners across Logistics, Healthcare, Industry, and Enterprise sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to identify and close strategic opportunities in B2B technical markets.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics in electronics, IoT or related fields.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across multi-national teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the DACH business development strategy.
• Drive revenue growth aligned with unit targets.
• Identify and win new business opportunities in target verticals.
• Build relationships with OEMs, system integrators, distributors and partners.
• Mentor and onboard future sales talents as the organization grows.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract execution with internal/external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Development and Marketing to shape go-to-market plans.
• Provide market feedback to influence product roadmap and innovations.
• Represent EM Microelectronic at trade fairs and customer meetings.
