Job summary

EM Microelectronic-Marin Ltd in Marin-Neuchâtel, Switzerland, seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to accelerate DACH market growth, focusing on Bluetooth Low Energy and ultra-low-power IoT modules. You will build key relationships with OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and strategic partners while translating technical innovation into commercial success.

This on-site role offers high visibility, entrepreneurial impact, and collaboration with leadership in a dynamic international

Qualifications

Proven experience in electronic components, module, or IoT solution sales (min. 10years).
Experience in business development within technical B2B environments.
Excellent market knowledge and familiarity with industries such as logistics, healthcare, industrial automation, or enterprise IoT.
Good understanding of wireless technologies, ideally Bluetooth Low Energy.
Experience working within the DACH business culture and environment.
Self-starter and high intrinsic drive to deliver business results.
Experience in contractual work.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the business development strategy for the DACH region.
Drive sustainable revenue growth aligned with Business Unit targets.
Identify and win new business opportunities within target verticals.
Build strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and strategic partners.
Lead the commercial negotiations and drive the execution of development contracts across stakeholders.
