ElevenLabs, a leading AI research and product company, seeks a Senior Customer Success professional for the DACH region. This remote-first role manages onboarding, adoption, and growth across our platform and drives revenue through renewals, expansions, and cross-sell.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing to ensure successful deployments and measurable business outcomes, while navigating a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS or AI/ML products in the DACH region.
• Proven experience owning and managing a defined Book of Business.
• Excellent German and English communication, cross-functional collaboration, and problem solving.

Aufgaben

• Manage onboarding, enablement, and growth across ElevenLabs' full platform.
• Advise customers on production deployment, usage, and performance.
• Own commercial outcomes for a defined book: renewals, expansions, cross-sell, and net growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing to translate wins into revenue.
