Job summary

Hoshii AG in Zürich is hiring a full-cycle Account Executive to own the complete sales process—from first outbound contact to signed contract—for DACH distributors, wholesalers and manufacturers. This is an outbound-focused role with daily calls and your own pipeline.

You'll prospect by phone, email and LinkedIn, run discovery, demos and procurement handoffs, and be responsible for hitting a quota. On-site in Zürich, 5 days a week, with rapid growth opportunities in a fast-paced AI-first startup.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound B2B software sales.
• Ability to sell into German-speaking DACH market.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from cold call to contract.
