Savify AG is seeking a senior leader to own the DACH negotiation organisation, driving savings, cycle time improvements, and customer satisfaction. You will mentor team leads, category specialists, and grow the Ninja Academy to onboard and certify talent.

You will collaborate with the AI team to refine methodologies and manage escalations with suppliers and major customers, while guiding a large procurement function across DACH.

Competenze

• 10+ years in procurement or a comparable environment.
• 4+ years leading multiple teams.
• German C2 and business-fluent English.
