Job summary

SECUTIX is expanding its Customer Success team in French-speaking Switzerland. As a Customer Success Specialist you will support Customer Success Managers and guide targeted SECUTIX customers to maximize value from the platform.

You will build long-term relationships, identify business opportunities, and share success stories with marketing and communications to boost SECUTIX brand awareness while helping customers grow their business.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as trusted advisor to customers.
• Experience in IT services or SaaS environments.
• Fluent in French and English is highly preferred in Swiss French-speaking regions.

Responsibilities

• Support Customer Success Managers to help customers fully leverage the SECUTIX platform.
• Provide SECUTIX platform program/release management best practices.
• Enable cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
