You will manage administrative sales work for the region and ensure customers gain value from the platform. The position requires native or fluent French, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to keep CRM and paperwork

Responsibilities

• Onboard new business clients from signature to live and complete account set-up.
• Train clients and their teams on the platform for confident usage from day one.
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients in French-speaking Switzerland via phone, email and messaging.
• Assist with technical setup and integration questions; escalate complex issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, prepare client agreements, and track onboarding progress.
• Coordinate between sales, onboarding, product and other teams to avoid delays.
• Roll out new products and processes to regional clients.

Swiss B2B fintech | Lausanne or Geneva area | Permanent, 100% | Up to CHF 70,000

Our client is a growing Swiss B2B fintech with a strong and expanding base of business clients across Switzerland. They're hiring a French-speaking Client Success Specialist to look after their clients in Romandie and to give the regional sales team the operational support it needs.

This is a client-facing support role, not a sales role. Once the sales team has signed a client, you take over: onboarding, training, day-to-day support and making sure every client is set up properly and getting value from the platform. You'll also run the administrative side of sales for the region (agreements, paperwork, CRM, pipeline tracking) so the salespeople can spend their time with clients.

• Onboarding new business clients from signature through to fully live, including account set-up and collecting and checking the required documents
• Training clients and their teams on the platform so they use it confidently from day one
• Acting as the first point of contact for clients in French-speaking Switzerland and resolving day-to-day queries by phone, email and messaging
• Supporting clients with technical set-up and integration questions, and escalating complex issues to the right team
• Keeping the CRM accurate and up to date, preparing client agreements and paperwork, and tracking where each client sits in the pipeline and onboarding
• Coordinating between sales, onboarding, product and the wider team so nothing stalls
• Helping roll out new products and processes to clients in the region
• French at native or fully fluent level, written and spoken
• German or Swiss German is a strong plus, but not essential
• Experience in customer success, client support, onboarding, sales support, sales administration or account coordination, ideally in a B2B, SaaS or fintech environment
• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the discipline to keep processes, paperwork and the CRM in order while several clients are moving at once
• Strong interpersonal skills: comfortable training clients, building rapport and working across cultures
• A problem-solver who takes the initiative and knows when to expand
• Comfortable with CRM and support tools
• Based in the Lausanne or Geneva area
• Salary up to CHF 70,000 per year, depending on experience
• Full right to work in Switzerland is required; our client is unable to sponsor work permits
