Job summary

bNovate Technologies SA is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in the Ecublens area (60–100%). You will be the trusted contact for customers, ensuring orders, invoices, and service contracts stay on track while identifying growth opportunities.

You’ll collaborate with Sales to support existing customers and incoming leads. The role emphasizes customer care, renewals, quotes, and pricing in a B2B environment, with CRM/ERP usage and a collaborative, proactive approach.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, customer success, account coordination or sales back-office, ideally with B2B technical products.
Comfortable with CRM and ERP systems.
Able to handle renewals, quotes and pricing discussions.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate quotes and service contracts with Sales and Service.
Process purchase orders from configuration to delivery terms.
Coordinate fulfilment with Supply Chain and organise shipments for Europe, North America and the Middle East.
Manage service and repair cases with the Service team, including logistics and invoicing.
Answer customer questions by phone and email, acting as the go-to contact.
Manage service contract renewals and assist customers with renewals and value realization.
