Job summary
SECUTIX is expanding its Customer Success team in French-speaking Switzerland. As a Customer Success Specialist you will support Customer Success Managers and guide SECUTIX customers to maximize value from the platform.
You will work with Product, Professional Services, Sales and Services teams to identify opportunities, improve adoption, and help customers grow their business through proven delivery and consulting approaches.
Qualifications
- Proven track record as trusted advisor to customers.
- Strong ability to build long-term relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong grasp of technology products and quick learner of new tools.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret product usage data and requirements.
- Experience handling difficult customers; able to resolve issues.
- Awareness of Sports, Entertainment & cultural sectors.
- Graduate level education.
Responsibilities
- Support CSMs to help customers leverage the SECUTIX platform.
- Provide platform program and release management best practices.
- Promote awareness and drive utilization of SECUTIX innovations.
- Evaluate ROI and efficiency gains from SECUTIX investments.
