Job summary

Guess Europe Sagl in Switzerland seeks a Key Account Amazon & Marketplace Director to drive profitable growth of the brand on Amazon as both 1P and 3P, oversee P&L, and ensure long-term brand expansion across marketplace channels.

You will partner with internal teams and external agencies, lead commercial performance, coordinate pricing, promotions, launches, content optimization, and advertising to maximize ROAS, while delivering data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in ecommerce with direct involvement in Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central.
• Strong understanding of Amazon operations, merchandising and performance drivers.
• Solid analytical skills with ability to interpret data and KPIs.
• Excel for Data Analysis.
• Strong commercial mindset with negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with external agencies and cross-functional teams.
• Good organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ownership and management of the Amazon related P&L, ensuring achievement of sales, margin and profitability targets.
• Definition and execution of annual and quarterly business plans across Vendor Central (1P) and Seller Central (3P).
• Define and execute growth initiatives through pricing strategies, promotions, retail programs, advertising and assortment planning.
• Manage and coordinate external Amazon agencies or service providers, ensuring alignment with commercial objectives.
