Job summary

Jobgether seeks a Director of Product-Led Growth based in Switzerland to lead a scalable revenue engine for a global cloud platform. You will own ARR from self-service signups to paid conversions, expansions, and retention, working across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales to translate capabilities into intuitive user experiences.

You will build data-driven growth programs, optimize the end-to-end journey, and identify monetization opportunities while supporting international expansion

Qualifications

• Significant PLG leadership in SaaS/cloud platforms.
• Direct revenue accountability including ARR growth and retention.
• Translate complex products into self-serve experiences delivering value.
• Proven cross-functional leadership across Marketing, Product, Eng and Sales.
• Strong analytics, funnel optimization, and retention metrics expertise.
• Fluency in cloud infrastructure and developer workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in international teams.
• PLG/PLS experience is a plus.
