Jobup is seeking an After Sales & Claims Specialist to independently handle complaints and claims, coordinating solutions with internal and external partners. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, taking responsibility and applying root-cause analysis to improve processes.

Ideal candidates bring technical or commercial training, several years in customer service or claim management, and strong knowledge of ERP/CRM systems plus MS Office. Proficiency in German and French is valued.

• Technical or commercial training as well as experience in customer service, internal sales, quality management, or claim management
• Several years of professional experience in customer service or complaint management
• Understanding of quality, logistics, and production processes
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Analytical skills and enjoyment of root cause analysis
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• High communication skills and assertiveness
• Good knowledge of ERP and CRM systems as well as MS Office
• Very good German and good French skills; English skills are an advantage
