Ideal candidates bring technical or commercial training, several years in customer service or claim management, and strong knowledge of ERP/CRM systems plus MS Office. Proficiency in German and French is valued.

Formación

• Technical or commercial training and experience in customer service, internal sales, quality management, or claim management.
• Several years of professional experience in customer service or complaint management.
• Understanding of quality, logistics, and production processes.
• Strong customer and service orientation and analytical skills.
