Job summary
A transportation company located in Metro Vancouver is seeking an experienced administrative professional. Your responsibilities will include establishing office procedures, scheduling appointments, and managing communication. The ideal candidate will have a college diploma and at least two years of experience in an administrative position, featuring strong English communication skills. This position requires work at the physical location with no remote options.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in English for communication.
- Experience utilizing filing systems.
Responsibilities
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines.
- Schedule and confirm appointments.
- Answer telephone and relay calls and messages.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
- Set up and maintain information filing systems.
- Type and proofread correspondence and documents.

- College, CEGEP or other non‑university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
