St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Schools invites applications for a temporary full-time teaching position at Christ The King School in Leduc, Alberta. The position covers grades 9-12 in Math, Biology, Physics, Religion, and Health, with a 1.0 FTE workload. The role begins on August 25, 2025, and ends on June 26, 2026.
Applicants with the ability to assist in co-curricular and extra-curricular programs will be considered an asset. Possession of a Catholic Education certificate from St. Joseph's College is also an asset.
Leduc, a city of 31,000 residents located 33 kilometers south of Edmonton, is part of the Edmonton Capital Region. It is a growing city known for its transportation links, arts and culture, natural spaces, and active community groups.
The school serves grades 9 to 12, with approximately 325 students from Leduc and the surrounding rural areas. It has a nearly 30-year history of serving the community and is dedicated to high student achievement, community building, and fostering relationships through Jesus Christ.
