The role - The engineering process begins with building clear problem statements and hypotheses before coding. The Engineering Manager will significantly influence how we plan, prioritize, and execute our product roadmap, while also growing our engineers to excellence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a developer, with recent 2+ years in a leadership role (tech lead, manager, etc.)
• Strong understanding of logic and algorithms, with the ability to diagnose issues quickly
• Personable and humble, acting as a mentor to team members
• Experience in a startup or a dynamic, fast-paced environment; up-to-date with new technologies
• Experience in Fintech, payments experience is a plus
