Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a developer, with recent 2+ years in a leadership role (tech lead, manager, etc.)
• Strong understanding of logic and algorithms, with the ability to diagnose issues quickly
• Personable and humble, acting as a mentor to team members
• Experience in a startup or a dynamic, fast-paced environment; up-to-date with new technologies
• Experience in Fintech, payments experience is a plus
