About the Role:
As a Sales Consultant at Maxa, you will be a vital bridge between our sales team and our technical product and delivery teams. You'll collaborate directly with clients to understand their needs, demonstrate how Maxa's solutions can address their challenges, and help close deals with your technical expertise. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of data-driven success for businesses across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the sales team to understand prospect needs and tailor solutions that address both technical and business objectives.
- Deliver compelling product demos, presentations, and technical briefings that clearly communicate the value of Maxa's platform.
- Leverage your Snowflake experience to help customers integrate our platform into their data architecture with seamless, optimized solutions.
- Provide expert-level technical support during the pre-sales process, including answering detailed technical queries, conducting Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and working on RFPs.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure successful implementation and troubleshooting of client solutions.
- Analyze client requirements, propose customized solutions, and provide recommendations based on analytics and data-driven insights.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them navigate their journey towards digital transformation.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, keeping up-to-date on emerging technologies and data analytics best practices to inform sales strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a Sales Consultant or Solutions Consultantrole, with a strong understanding of cloud technologies, systems-of-record, data analytics, and software solutions.
- Expertise in Snowflake, including working knowledge of the platform’s architecture, integrations, and best practices.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into practical, impactful solutions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment—bonus points if you’ve worked in a startup culture!
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- A passion for helping customers solve problems and succeed with data-driven strategies.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude, with the ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.
