We’re looking for a Sous Chef who is a culinary artist, a fearless leader, and a behind-the-scenes hero. If you thrive in fast-paced kitchens, know your béchamel from your beurre blanc, and love shouting “Yes, Chef!” (even when you are the chef), keep reading.

• Leading the line during service
• Supporting the Executive Chef with planning, prep, and other kitchen tasks
• Training and motivating kitchen staff to perform at their best
• Maintaining high standards and keeping the kitchen clean
• Ensuring every plate impresses our guests

• A passion for food and at least 3 years of kitchen experience (bonus for fine dining or resort experience)
• Leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational skills
• A calm demeanor under pressure
• Red Seal certification or equivalent training preferred
