• Develop customer account plans and maintain relationships to maximize business growth
• Deploy sales strategies and educate customers on service offerings to ensure satisfaction

• Manage order quoting, deal closing, and reporting on order intake and forecasts
• Analyze and qualify sales opportunities while maintaining a healthy pipeline

• Bachelor’s or associate degree in electrical engineering
• 0-4 years of experience in virtual or outside sales
• Basic to intermediate skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French
• Sales-oriented, organized, resilient, and possess strong interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with the employer's products and services
• Previous experience in customer engagement through digital platforms
